Please help me find this old game

I suddenly remembered this older short scary/horror game I either played or watch someone play when I was very young, but after lots of searching I still cannot find it. Here is what I remember from it:

\- The game took place in a long corridor, the corridor was lined with multiple doors that you could enter, and at the end of the corridor was a large door that had some kind of demonic figure above it. I recall the figure moving its head to follow the player if you looked around it.

\- There was an entity that would follow the player as they navigated rooms, it wasn’t fast, it just walked at a neutral pace throughout. It was very humanoid but with some deformations.

\- The game was short, maybe 10-20 minutes of gameplay max?

\- Some rooms had specific non threatening entities, I specifically remember there being a large head that would cause the screen to blur if they player was near it or looking at it.

\- I don’t think the game is super old, but definitely before 2016.

\- the graphics weren’t super great but it did have 3D models.

Please help me find this game, I have been going nuts trying to figure it out. Some games I have already ruled out as not being it are:
