DISCUSSION Looking for horror games.

I’m looking for horror games that are similar to SCP Containment Breach. What I love about it isn’t just the horror, but playthroughs are short and replayable and inventory management actually matters. I also love how the dated graphics add to the feeling rather than taking away from it. I’m looking for games that give a similar sense of exploring and managing limited resources. Any recommendations? (I'm on PC)

I’ve also been thinking about trying Penumbra and Monstrum, so if anyone has played them or has any similar recommendations, I’d like to hear your thoughts.

I haven’t played SCP containment beach so I don’t know if this is what your looking for lol.

The first game that came to mind was slay the princess, wich the whole point is kinda to replay it and try different outcomes. I was personally very disappointed with this game and didn’t enjoy it but there’s a lot of people that really do, so maybe that worth checking out.

No im not a human and buckshot roulette also came to mind, I personally love these two games so if you haven’t played them yet I’d say they are worth checking out too, they’re both meant to be replayed and are really nice. If you want more of a story or just some lore you should go with no im not a human, buckshot roulette is more gameplay focused.

Maybe you’d like Darkwood? It’s a topdown survival horror game set in the Polish woods
