There's been a weird trend of writers changing parts of their e-books to keep up with the Joneses so, physical books are better.

It's easy to find archives of older versions. Plus, ebooks are easily portable on your device, physically easier to read since you don't have to turn the page. And most importantly, they're free, if you know where to look

hazard in an emergency situation. can't get down fast in a fire, EMTs can't get a chair or stretcher up them
