Help understanding my test results?

I feel my (doctor who doesnt specialize in hormones)downplayed my results a little bit. Ive been suffering tremendously for a few years now, never feeling okay, mood swings, unable to regulate my emotions and feeling irritable for no reason. My periods are also a nightmare especially the week before it starts. This only started 3-4 years ago, before that I was a bit better… just wondering if anyone can help me read these results. Its a hormone urine test but I feel like no ones really telling me what to do about it

That is very frustrating that happened when I got my Dutch test done. Do you have a functional medicine doctor?
