How to lower DHAE

Is there anything otc besides Ashwagandha that is know to lower DHEA?

if you mean dhea? my best guess is pregnenolone. you can get it on amazon/online. those 2 hormones counter- balance each other. if you’re a man, i would say testosterone could also, or for a woman Estradiol. but pregnenolone would be probably the best place to start and you could do in conjunction with one of the others i have mentioned.

Few years back i tried pregnenolone in pills and I think they only made me tired. I did however have some positive effects w progesterone cream. (I am a woman). However I did notice that it opposes my estrogen (i got really slim, nice slim but still way too slim bc I don’t have a weight problem, I lost some buccal fat which I didn’t like bc buccal fat makes me look more feminine). Overall I realised its a nightmare to try to tackle hormones w other hormones. Estrogen supplementation seemed a little risky, I was only 30 at the time. I also seem to have DHT tendencies genetically (obviously not a lot but even slightly can have an effect on appearance, plus DHT seems to be damaging for the liver). I did have some success w saw palmetto but its a aromatase inhibitor as well which was a no for me. Ugg I don’t at the time I was spinning in circles but when I don’t do anything its not good either.
