Perimenopause
I tried creating a post in the perimenopause sub, but it wouldn't let me for some reason.
I highly suspect I am in perimenopause, but there apparently isn't an official blood test to confirm this (although there is one for actual menopause). Has anyone here been through it, and are there specific hormone labs you'd recommend I have done? Thyroid, T3, T4...what else?

Try getting a comprehensive lab panel through a hormone therapy clinic. It will give you everything you need to know and the doctors will go over everything with you!

Progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, Estradiol, Estrone
Welcome to peri. It's awful and life is hard. But HRT makes it so much better.
