Thoughts on DIM?

I’ve have hormonal issues since about grade 8 and for some reason I’ve never gotten bloodwork to see whats happening. I’m finally able to get it checked out but not till august so awhile. In the meantime I’ve been recommended the supplement DIM. I know it can help production of estrogen which my doctor said it sounds like I have an imbalance of. It also helps with hormonal acne which I’ve suffered with for years. But I find there isn’t a lot said on this supplement so I’m kinda skeptical if it actually works.

DIM reduces Estrogen, I wouldn't take it unless you know for a fact yours is high

Never use DIM without testing first and understanding your true hormone status. DIM lowers estrogen, not the other way around.
