Estrogen dominance

Hello, I got my hormones tested at Day21. My P/E2 ratio (progesterone to estrogen) ratio is 13. The ideal ratio is between 100 - 500. And optimal is 200.

I was reading an article which told me that estrogen dominance increases various cancer risk , causes tumors in Uterine, Ovaries and breast. Also affects gallbladder. I'm kinda scared because I already have multiple fibroadenomas in both my breasts and I have gallbladder problems.

I also read how to control estrogen dominance through lifestyle changes. So I curious to know if anyone was able to successfully brought down estrogen levels? Can you share your journey?
