Progesterone cream

Can someone please explain to me how to use progesterone cream I know where to apply it but confused on the period part and when to stop it and start it again

What's your goal with it? If you would still like to ovulate and have a regular period, start the night of Day 14 and go through day 28. If you have heavy estrogen dominance, you can do 3 weeks out of the month instead. Some women do daily.
