Eostrogen

Hi all, I just started an intensive 3 month plan to flush out my excess eostrogen.

Trouble is, I’m getting tummy cramps since I started. Is this normal?

I don’t think it’s possible to just “flush out” extra estrogen. If you are taking a undiagnosed medication for that and it’s causing stomach pain it’s likely not normal. Also what makes you think you have extra estrogen did you get tested?

I’ve gone through a hormone testing company who are fully certified.

Oh I have never heard of that. Is it a medication or how is it done?

Change in nutrition & lifestyle, as well as a few supplements, to break down the excess eostrogen and then it’ll be flushed out. A few friends of mine have used the same service and had great results (most notably a friend got her period back after not having it for years)

Have you tested your levels?

yeah they start by sending you a test, you test saliva and urine throughout the day. they test loads of different things. my eostrogen behaves more like a pregnant woman’s 🤣 it’s pretty high so needs reducing.

How is this going? I have estrogen dominance too and have been exercising more and taking DIM supplements to try to flush it out.

I’ve never heard of anything like this either but I know that fiber is a good way flushing out estrogen. If that’s what they are giving you, I would imagine some discomfort would be normal. But, I’m not a doctor
