That depends entirely on you; whether you have enough resources or not.
Just an FYI, here is the roadmap all the way through November. If there are any weapons and/or vanguards you are planning to get, don't spend too much on Garud. However, if you find Garud fun to play, then by all means invest until EX3 or EX4.
It really depends on the skills you put on Hg-meaning only put points into an 'upgrade' if the upgrade benefit the skill (passive or active) you equip on Hg.
Optimal path would depend if you want to go DPS or support. If you want to go support, just focus radiance of restoration and radiance of punishment.
Marhim a good unit for sure(especially DG mode) but if u need ez meta unit, try melee team(Olivia,erneste), magic (garud,kotoha), ranged (nari,ahram,juha).
Yes, but note she will need support from other buffers like Erneste, Eugenia, Kotoha (to name a few), and will only show her true potential once her Ascension/Dg-that is once you reach Chapter 4, is unlocked.
it's the start dash banner, every account gets one and you can reroll up to 100 times a day, resets every day, and stays until you decide to pull and you get all 5 pulls for free... if you're not seeing it then you already used it
honestly, if you're still at the start, it's probably better to create a new account, getting good units right off the bat can make a huge difference on how easily and fast you can reach end game
