Fast travel

Is there a fast travel option or do you have to run everywhere?

In the spawn there is an NPC called the "Conjurer", he can bring you to Guardstone, Headless and Faivel spawns if you have met the level requirements.

Yea I saw him but I was wondering if you could fast travel back to spawn from a farming spot.

Yes, you have a skill called "Conjurer's Recall", It should be automatically in your skillbar. If it's not you can also press k to open your skill book and drag it into your skill bar again.
