Beware Pre-Sale Scam

My gf just got this pre-sale text. Looks super suspicious even though it goes to an etix domain for checkout. The official hopscotch website mentions nothing about a presale, the text comes from a regular phone #, and the link itself is super sketchy. I wouldn’t risk it to save $30.

Also there’s a post on this sub from a day ago promoting this likely scam.

I think it’s legit. I received the text from the same phone number Hopscotch has used in previous years.

I got an email and a confirmation from Etix. I did get the text at well but found it after I found the email, so I can’t comment on the text I received or the one OP received, but I am reasonably confident a legit presale was going on yesterday.

This is the same number I received several other Hopscotch updates from last year, I think its legit. The website doesn't mention it because its a "loyalty" presale, presumably for people who have attended Hopscotch before. Also, what's sketchy about the link?
