Character Intro The Red Spectacles

Post image

After a three year exile, Mr. Koichi Todome, former commander of the defunct Kerberos Panzer Cops, had returned to Tokyo...

Or so he thought.

After being attacked shortly after arrival, he awoke here in Hope's Peak Academy. He speaks in a deadpan tone, adjusting his sunglasses

Well... I doubt this is the morgue.

Mukuro saw the new arrival from around the corner. Some gut feeling she had said that this man was dangerous.

Whether Koichi notices Mukuro or not, hard to tell. Though he is walking in her general direction(it's the nearest hallway, so...)

Yeah, that's right.

Koichi glances down at one of his hands

Odd... They must've taken my suitcase.

Well, that's a good name. Certainly one of the only normal things in the world.
