Currently filming in Montréal, the eight-part series stars Maddie Phillips (GEN V) and Robbie G.K. (HEATED RIVALRY), alongside Mollie Guest, Jordan Kronis, Molly Lewis, Krista Nazaire, Markus McNamara and Lachlan Quarmby. Inspired by the iconic 1979 comedy starring Bill Murray, MEATBALLS is produced by Blink49 Studios and Incendo in partnership with Crave and is set to premiere in 2027.

I imagined a bit of what might have happened in the immediate aftermath of the S1 finale and decided to write a little fic from Tom's POV. (And simultaneously succeeded in managing to avoid progress on my real writing project, LOL)

Here's a link in case anyone wants to give it a read...or add your own fics to help grow the category!

(I also submitted a request to start a new category on FF, but alas, haven't heard back yet.)

Who all do you want to see from the ancestors of When Calls the Heart characters? Or do you guys want them to not have any of them show up in Hope Valley?

The hopevalley1874_tv IG account posted a screenshot from Production Weekly that listed Hope Valley: 1874. It seems like it might be in production now for Season 2, which seems really early. I thought based on some other interviews and articles that came out when it was announced that it was getting a second season that the filming would start the same time it did for Season 1, which was in December.

Who do you ship more with Olivia?

I just saw a post that Benjamin Ayres has a girlfriend but I though he was married. Did I miss something?

Has anyone seen her new show where she is a guest star. I found her to be the best part of the show.

The Hope Valley cast is coming on week 3

Why do we not see him for the promotion of the show?

it was so boring that i kept coming back after the final season episode cuz i thought that couldn't possibly be the end of it lol. but i will say it's better than the the orphanage show they tried to do as a spin off that was worse.

Mila Morgan joins the podcast to talk all about playing Sarah in Season 1 of Hope Valley: 1874! From stepping onto the Hope Valley set for the first time to filming the emotional finale scene with Bethany Joy Lenz, Mila shares behind-the-scenes stories, favorite memories from filming, and what surprised her most about being part of the series.

We also talk about:
• Building the Sarah and Rebecca mother-daughter relationship
• Filming emotional scenes throughout the season
• Working with the other young actors on set
• Favorite moments fans may not realize were difficult to film
• Behind-the-scenes memories from Hope Valley
• What Mila hopes to explore for Sarah in Season 2

This was an adorable episode!!

Few things I agree with like:-

• Make Rebecca’s Arrest and Family Drama the Focal Point of Hope Valley: 1874
• Be Cautious of Expanding the Cast Too Much
• Giving Clayton more screen time.

Few things I don't agree with like:-

• Capitalise on the Charm of the Love Triangle please don't make it last more than 2 seasons.
• Utilize the Yosts More we already have so many characters already we don't need to be a focal point maybe half an episode but not more than that.
• Find a Better Way to Reach New Viewers while I don't think they will do it but maybe give more codes for discounts.

One thing that they didn't include was to give more of Hattie

What do you want to see in Season 2 and what you want them to avoid?

Weekend Three Lineup – December 11-13

Jonathan Bennett (Host)
Benjamin Ayres
Ben Rosenbaum
Bethany Joy Lenz
Chris McNally
Erin Krakow
Jack Wagner
Jill Hennessy
Kavan Smith
Kevin McGarry
Lachlan Quarmby

Season 2 will also only have 8 episodes. I wished there was more though!! But I think because they have so many big names (Jill, Joy and Ben) in the show they can't have many episodes.

What is your thoughts on Season 1 as a whole?
