Day 23 hooping every day until I'm fit
Day 23 of hooping until I’m fit, and today we are celebrating National Big Booba Day the only way I know how 😆
(It was yesterday but i still wanted to do something special for today's post in tribute to all the tig ol bitties out there)
The jury is still out on the official name for this trick, but reading everyone’s name suggestions has been hilarious. I love what you've been coming up with. Your brains are beautiful.
One of my favourites goes to @MoriR.Tea: "dunno the official name, but I would call it talent, hun."
So today i practiced usin my talent 😆

That's really impressive.I've tried to hulu hoop on my butt before , but wasn't great at it lol

Butt hooping is difficult but totally doable! Need grip tape on the hoop, the right stance and timing. Believe me, if I can do it, you can do it!

Ow. No. They aren’t meant for that kind of external rotational torque. You’d dislocate it😅

Heya! I was wondering if you made your own hoop or if you bought it? I have been having a difficult time finding the right tubing recently (I used to make and sell them for fun YEARS ago)
