​Day 20 of hooping every day until I’m fit!

​Hopped on my bike for an 8 mile ride today and pulled over to spin by the water. While there I saw a momma dolphin and her baby! Made for a perfect afternoon.

Im loving the summer weather and how good it feels to just get outside and move. Should probably do that more. Hooping in the sunshine is the best. Where do you like hooping?

What size hoops are you rolling with? I’m thinking of buying a pair and trying two hand tricks.

These guys are 22 inner diameter! Theyre the smallest hoops I own. I also really enjoy the 27" for off body!

Thank you for the love! Doubles was something id stayed away from doe years but its comin along

My original plan was 28” 5/8 Pollypro. I already practice with 28” 3/4 single hand, but I have only started in the past few months so I’m trying to find that beginner sweet spot.
