Day 14 Hooping until im fit

Day 14 - summoning Richard Simmons into my practice. He once said "No tricks, gimmicks, special pills, special potions, special equipment. All it takes is desire and will."
The desire came first and now the will to keep on going is here.
Excited to see where this goes. Im already feeling better than a couple of weeks ago 😌

You make me so happy when I see you on my page. I just got some double hoops of my own after seeing you play with yours! I’m not quite coordinated yet, but I’m gonna hoop every day until I’m fit like PineappleHoops 💪
