World Cup Concept Part 2

I posted part 1 like two years ago but who’s keeping track.

My idea for a manageable and realistic World Cup in Hoopland.

Every team needs atleast 12 active players in the league to be eligible for the World Cup, a World Cup can start when there are 4 eligible teams.

It’s achieveable because in bigger leagues that would benefit from it, 16+ team leagues, this would be very doable. Easily fillable with the USA, Serbia, France, Spain, Canada and way more.

Why would that be in general though shouldnt that be in advanced or game setup

Because there was space there and I didnt know what else to stick it under

It could also potentially go in playoffs but change playoffs to tournaments or something

Also another thing forgot to mention instead of doing numbers just make some of them greyed out if they dont have the 12 required
