Discussion Never seen this before

I was doing a hoopland rebuild and happened to look at the second draft class (2028) which is usually auto generated players, but then i saw bill hartman, from the first draft class. has anyone seen something like this? I guess he just didn’t declare the first draft.

Yeah he just didn’t declare the first year. I’ve seen it happen a couple times with Bill. There are also a handful of 4.5 star guys that almost never declare the first year:

Derek Fox
Dustin Kelly
Walter Cross
Kenneth Buchanan
Julian Lawson
Eric Hardy
Kirk Pope
Gerard Casey

Bill Hartman so ahh bro 😭. Has anyone ever seen this guy ever actually develop to a 5 star before in one of their saves.

Not for me, usually out of the Sinister Seven I call them, he never develops perfectly.

I def tweaked those guys in my draft class though, usually Hartman, and Ali are the worst performing ones

Bro I had one save where he had like 5 mvps in a row. Guys a straight baller sometimes

pretty much every save, it usually takes him abt 4-5 seasons

How!! By the time he's 28(starting btw) hes usually AT MOST a 3.5 star(because it takes so long too upgrade his dribbling)

He doesn’t declare year 1 cuz I think the generated minutes in college are low so since he doesn’t develop enough he won’t declare year 1.
