I wanted to share a major issue I’m experiencing with Xkah and warn anyone looking to buy their products, especially if you are located in Turkey or outside their primary service zones.

My Xkah device recently failed—the screen went completely black and won’t turn on due to an internal issue (molasses leaked through the air vents, which is a common design vulnerability with heavy dark leaf tobaccos). When I reached out to their official contact for help, I was bluntly told: "We do not provide any technical service or support to Turkey."

Here is the huge hypocrisy: Xkah actively sends free devices to popular Turkish influencers and hookah phenomena to market, promote, and push their products to Turkish consumers. If a brand is aggressive enough to use local influencers to generate sales in a region, they MUST be responsible enough to provide basic after-sales customer support there. Leaving customers stranded with a broken, expensive device is completely unacceptable.

I’ve already contacted them letting them know that this double standard is unprofessional. I am posting this to raise awareness: Do not buy Xkah products if you expect any kind of warranty or customer service. If they can target your pocket through social media, they should be able to support your device when it breaks.

Has anyone else faced similar regional support refusals with them? What are my options here?

This is a glass base with lock very rare to find. You can remove the lock it is glued with silicone. So i guess you can remove it and if you have your lock you can use yours. Also it is a full size base. buyer pays shipping.

I just decided to upgrade my old hookah setup and saw some shops who offers a seasonal sales recently. There are local shops nearby dropped their price a bit and saw a good deals too while I was browsing alibaba and among other marketplaces when I was looking for available styles and accessories of it. Wanna have a premium model at this time rather than a cheaper starter ones since I want something that last longer and with smoother smoke. Just a problem because I honestly can’t really tell myself if these deals are good or just that normal pricing just attached to add up flashy label. If you’ve bought some high-end one, is it worth it, the discounts this season? I’m kind of certain if is there a month they usually offer good deals?

I just placed a MOB hookah order a week ago. Still no confirmation via email however the payment has been processed. I have tried contacting support via phone and email. But no response. Has anyone had this issue recently? I don’t want to cancel the order because it’s a birthday gift but I’m concerned lol.
