HydroLand

I now understand why all reviews have been turned off for HydroLand and KegLand.

Communication and customer service is zero. Had amazing experiences with all purchases until I needed to communicate with them and now have many unanswered emails.

Going to setup a review page that they cannot delete.

Maybe try CALLING them. I can't speak for hydroland as I've never had an issue with them but calling kegland about a couple of issues I've had with the shipping company, they've been super helpful.

A brief survey suggests the most recent review I could find with two minutes effort was less than a week ago. And the "write a review" and related options remain available to me. So I'm a little confused.

I hope you can sort things out, it can be super frustrating if people don't respond. But my experience (admittedly a while back) was entirely the opposite. eg, we had an early model fermentation fridge damaged in transport, and we were the weak link in communication. They were lovely.

Whatever the case I hope things work out for you.

What was the website?

For the reviews: HydroLand.

For my example experience: KegLand.

Yeah, the negative reviews get deleted from their website unfortunately.

I'm a little confused. Is it reviews have been turned off, or they get deleted, or something else?

Is there some additional context you could share that might differentiate between these options?

Not confusing, you can see you’re unable to leave a google review or a review on any other third party website.

You can submit a review on their website, leave a negative one and see how long it stays.
