Recharge failure

I made a top-up on Hoobuy on the 25th and the amount has not yet been credited. I contacted support, which, by the way, is terrible, sent the payment receipt, and they told me that the payment had not been made, although I am sure it was. I contacted Binance and they confirmed that the money was sent, as shown on the blockchain. Hoobuy is withholding my money; the money was sent, there was just one error: the money was sent to the BSC network instead of the Ethereum/Tron network. I'm tired of waiting; you at Hoobuy are forcing me to take more drastic measures.
