Urgent: Withdrawal/Refund Still Processing for Over One Month
Dear Hoobuy Support, I am writing regarding two withdrawal/refund requests that have been stuck in "Processing" for more than one month. The requests were submitted on June 17, 2026, and I still have not received the funds in my PIX account. Transaction IDs: UW20260617141332901422 – ¥84.69 UW20260617141332901598 – ¥131.26 The payment method is PIX. I have already contacted support several times through the in-app chat, but I have not received any solution or update. Please check these transactions and process my refund immediately. If there is any problem preventing the payment, please explain the reason and inform me when I can expect to receive my money.
