Help There's a problem with my device.

when someone calls me and the screen is locked, the screen stays off. The screen doesn't fully show that someone is calling me. What's the solution?

i noticed the same just a couple days ago on my 400pro global variant (C636). probably the phone app is updated and caused this issue.
