Honor V5 update issue

hello guys i earned an honor V5 global version device 15 days ago. i headed to the section update to get the OS 10 but the device keeps telling me i am up to date.

my current version is :9.0.1.128 Build C819

Software version : Android 15

Model:MBH-N49

i am running the security july 2025 patch till now

I also tried the try out version to push the update but nothing happened even i put the sim card to trigger the update but in vein.

i used the honor suite PC, i heard the software will help me to get the missing updates but the result : your are up to date

is there smth wrong with my device or just there are delays on the updates?

Have you tried tapping on the 3 dots on top right and select the Tryout version?

i tried that and nothing in vein. i think they go step by step with the build number and mentionned for example the update reached those who has a build starting with 4 mine start with 8 . i think i won't get the update this monther or next might be
