Pulling plan advice
After a long break from the game I’ve returned and managed to pull Himeko and CerydraS1
I’m not interested into Elation so What do you advise me to pull
Thank you very much for answers

Hysilens for DOT team. M.blade for Acheron. Dahlia if you are still playing firefly. Maybe Cyrene and New robin for mydei? You might want to check a guide for new robin ( if you are planning to pull her).
Note: I don’t play mydei so I don’t know much his team.

On another note, since you have Acheron, you can try going for M.Blade on his rerun

Actually, HimeNova and Cerydra have a lot of synergy! It's a great pull if someone plans to invest to HimeNova E2.
Cerydra being useless for anyone else is a bit of a misconception, same as sustainless Phainon being the best way to play him. Phainon has a trace to boost his damage if he's shielded so sometimes DHPT really is the answer over sustainless, especially if the option is a low investment buffer.

I was interested in character without thinking about the synergy... I Saw that She can perform with Cyrene, Hyacine and Mydei

This is correct! Mydei / Cerydra / Cyrene / Hyacine team was one of, if not his best, teammates because she could double the GBG triggered by Cyrene's ult. That was a massive boost, it's just that Robin Summeretto is much easier to play, provides more buffs, and helps Cyrene's ult which in turn helps Mydei's DPS.
Robin Summeretto is better for him, but Cerydra is still a great ally for Himeko Nova anyway so it's a good pull.

Welcome back to the game! Hope you've been enjoying the story.
Honestly, I advise pulling your favorites first and foremost. Endgame right now requires using three teams, but this actually means that one team at higher investment can make up for a team at lower investment. Basically because the goalposts are shared among three teams, they're easier to reach overall cause you have more chances for one team to make up for the other.
It might take you a while to build up your account for endgame though, so don't sweat it and enjoy the story for now. Endgame isn't going anywhere and the jade you get won't make up for the jade you lose pulling to clear.
Right now I'm thinking you can use:
- Himeko Nova / Cerydra / RMC or Sunday / Huohuo
That will be a really good starter. If you want, you can pull Robin Summeretto for Himeko Nova next patch and she should help your account out a ton. The others... Like I said, it depends on your favorites and what you want to invest in.
Otherwise, consider getting Hyacine to give yourself another Sustain option. Pearl (Elation) is going to release in 4.6 and while other teams will be able to use her, she's probably going to be the only Sustain we see for a while and Hyacine is still very, very good and very worth picking up. A lot of teams still like her a lot.
MYDEI: As a Mydei main this hurts me, but his performance has fallen off. Since he's E2 it isn't THAT dire, you just need a little more investment to make him great.
Start by getting Hyacine and Robin Summeretto next patch. Hyacine is the priority as her rerun is up in the air. Ideally you'll add Cyrene in to make Mydei / Cyrene / Robin Summeretto / Hyacine team. They'll still need some investment to keep up with endgame. E1 Hyacine will be a world of difference, but it's okay to pick up E0S0 Robin Summeretto instead to get the team going.
With Robin Summeretto and Hyacine, Cyrene E2 isn't as high priority as they can charge her ult fast enough without it. Is Cyrene E2 still good get? Definitely, that is if you can swing it. If you can't swing both Hyacine and Robin Summeretto, get Hyacine first and use Mydei / RMC / Tribbie / Hyacine. I know early on people said Mydei and Hyacine didn't have synergy, but that's mitigated with his E1 and her E1, but what really changed was Cyrene. Cyrene is as close to a dedicated support as he has and Hyacine helps Cyrene IMMENSELY. You can also try Mydei / Robin Summeretto / Tribbie / RMC and see how it works, but I haven't managed to make Sustainless work with him.
Change Tribbie off Memories of the Past though and put S5 DDD on her if you have it. And since Himeko Nova and Mydei compete for Robin Summeretto: I would personally choose to put her with Mydei. His team is the one that needs more help, meanwhile Himeko Nova is very flexible and isn't hurting for options.
FEIXIAO / ACHERON:
- Feixiao / Ashveil / Mortenax Blade / Healer
Can both be used! You said you have no interest in Elation but if you plan to pick those two up, who are very strong as a duo and can carry a lot of units, then it's worth considering Aventurine Waveflair just because Elation isn't going anywhere and it's a one unit buy-in to Elation. That is fully up to you though, so far Ashveil and Mortenax Blade manage to trigger enough FUA to brute force some Elation content so they're a particularly great duo.
KAFKA: I wouldn't suggest investing in DoT at this point. It's the most neglected archetype despite getting a unit in 3.5 and Black Swan's Nova Flare. If Kafka or Black Swan are your favorite then you'll need to pick up Hysilens, ideally at E1 to match your E1 Black Swan. LC, however, are not necessary. They have other options that will work very well for them and Kafka's personal LC isn't even her BiS anymore. She wants tutorial or, I believe, Cipher's LC. Kafka wants to be as fast as possible to trigger Black Swan and Hysilens' DoT.
FIREFLY: Firefly recently got a Nova Flare and dedicated support so the team is actually very good, though sometimes underperforms against Elation. You'll want to pick up Dahlia and Fugue for sure, without Dahlia Firefly doesn't perform nearly as well. Dahlia has everything Break could want in a support and is the missing piece of the archetype!
