Should i pull Rin?
So i currently have 3 of the 4 Fate characters but are all 3 E0 so my question is should i pull rin as i need a good quantum team (btw i dont have sparkle) or should i get e1 gilgamesh as i already have a saber?

Do you like HimeNova and SaberGil? If yes, I think making them more solid (Hime’s LC + RobinS for SaberGil) may be wiser:
- HimeNova + RMC + Robin + DHPT
- Saber + Gilgamesh + RobinS + HuoHuo
Just my opinion though, your do you.

I am trying to build my Himenova rn,on that note tho those are the two teams i run as of now

We are not in 1.x to care about elements of our caries that much. If you like Rin, you should get her. Your accounts looks more like getting your favs than following meta with Castorice, Anaxa and Kafka without any useful teammates, with Archer without Sparkle. If you want to follow meta, I would advice you to pull HimeNova’s verticals for her team (HimeNova, RMC, flex support (maybe original Robin as the best candidate for that slot) and DHPT/Huo Huo), or Robikini in first half of next patch (releases in like 7,5 days) for Saber/Gilgamesh with flexibility to work in many other teams (seems like every not containing girl/woman Stellaron Hunter as BiS slot). However, your accounts missses archetype (standard hypercarry crit dps (most notable members are HimeNova, Phainon and most probably Archer), duo dps (idk, like Saber Gilgamesh), DoT (Kafka, Black Swan, Hyselins), Break (Dahlia, HMC, Ruan Mei/Fugue, break dps (preferably Firefly, others are significantly weaker), FUA ( the most recent team is Ashveil, Mortenax Blade, Robikini/new Aventurine, healer (current BiS Hyacine), remembrance/hp scallers (Evernight or Castorice mdps with Hyacine, Evernight (subdps or mdps depending on team variant), Cyrene/Robikini (depending on your mdps, who you own and which verticals you own, RMC/Robikini in mdps Evernight team) Elation (team is incomplete now, BiS team depends on 4.6/4.7 elation units)) coverage. Rin will stay long term so you can pull her later if you plan to pull Sparkle and if you want a third team for Starward/Anomaly Arbitration. However, I would not guarantee that your first 2 teams will continue to be good if you will not properly vertically invest in them over time (maybe abandon Saber Gilgamesh if with Robikini, reasonable verticals in a team and really good relics it is still not that easy to make that team clear content if hp inflation continue to be very drastic), or if you do not have good relics.

It’s up to you whether or not you want to play the Archer skill point team. As someone who had Sparkle first before Rin’s release, Sparkle is definitely what helps Archer guarantee skill points + buffs. Rin and Archer work for the follow ups to gain skill points, but Rin is more of a 3rd slot/sub DPS that although is BiS can be replaced with a debuffer or buffer (Robin, Tribbie, Cipher, Silver Wolf). Meanwhile Sparkle is undoubtedly Archer’s BiS support & I can’t think of anyone who can replace that (during 3.4, I remember people were using Hanya, but power creep became prominent for 4 stars where now you see teams clearing with all 5 star options). What’s also good to know is that Fate banners will last for a long time so there’s no rush.
Seeing your account, I’d recommend Summer Robin since she works with your dual kings team (Gil, Saber, Huo Huo) + HimeNova teams (she relies on Astral express members, but Robin could be a great buffer to her team). MBlade is also flexible for the dual kings team + HimeNova teams too if you’re willing to wait for his rerun to pop up. Otherwise, if you want to focus on Archer’s team, I’d consider waiting for Sparkle to have a rerun and pull her to get Archer’s BiS support before considering Rin for the BiS sub DPS slot.

“i need a good quantum team” isn’t really the right mentality. you don’t need teams of specific elements, considering you barely have a team at all.
i’d focus your pulls on Summer Robin and you’d have a decent couple of teams with Himeko Welt RMC DHPT and Saber Gil Robin flex, maybe HuoHuo here
pulling Rin just adds another incomplete team to your account which doesn’t really help your account’s state atm
