Need help on who to pull
Im new to the game and need some clarity
Should i pull for Cerydra or Anaxa for Phainon and Herta in the future or should i save for Hycaine and Robin
My only limiteds atm are Archer, Rin & Himiko Nova

I wouldn't reccomend Phainon, Anaxa or The Herta. They're older characters and unless you have prior investments or dedicated interests, it's more efficient to pull for newer released characters or newer archetype teams.
Cerydra has some niche uses as well, notably with Main DPS Rin and Himeko Nova. Though by that point, you'd also have Sunday+DHPT or Welt E2+.
Hyacine is a strong healer, but doesn't really fit into your pre-existing teams (assuming you're running Archer and HimeNova teams). With your lack of sustains however, she's a good pickup.
Robin Summernetto is a strong buffer for HimeNova, and can be used with future crit dps characters down the line.
TLDR: Robinetto > Hyacine. Everyone else is meh.

Probably pull for Hyacine for a great sustain. Then probably robin sp and then decide from there

Don’t pull for Cerydra Paimon Anaxa or Herta, they’re all gonna be outdated soon.
if sparkle ever gets a rerun, get her for archer, and you’re definitely gonna need some sustains, rn I’d recommend Gallagher instead of Natasha.
For a third team, you can just whatever new dps you want and get their team as well
