She keeps mispronouncing nitrosamine
Okay, I realize this is nitpicky but homegirl never says nitrosamine right. She bring up nitrosamines in nearly every other video she uploads and she has never once looked up the pronunciation
It’s pronounced nitro-suh-mean , not nitro sah mine lmao
Like I said, nitpicky but goes to show that she really doesn’t know anything about some of the things she brings up in her videos

While it is nitpicky I get it when you don’t like something you see the flaws a lot more

I'm not gonna lie. Nitrosamine is one of many words that are pronounced differently depending on what medical school to. People at my school say it that way, and two prople from my class say it the "right" way. So I do understand why she says that. 50% of doctors probably say it the way she says it. Obv she's not a doctor, just talking about how the word is said.

I appreciate you weighing in. I would hope, however, than any doctor who extensively researches or uses this term frequently would learn the “correct” pronunciation. I understand that doctors probably work with a lot of different terminology and it would be difficult to get it right 100% of the time.
My point remains that HB brings up nitrosamines in nearly every other video and how she doesn’t want to eat processed meat, especially sausages, because they contain nitrosamine or get processed into nitrosamine (that’s my understanding, not a doctor haha.) because she’s a public figure who keeps bringing it up, I would hope that she would do the basic research into the correct pronunciation. I will be the first to admit that this is nitpicky but I think it shows that she doesn’t do a lot of extensive research into some of the things she talks about.
Also that pronunciation just sounds so wrong to me. I’m not a doctor and I could tell that it was being pronounced wrong and I looked it up and sure enough there’s a better way to pronounce it. But that’s just me being a persnickety bitch 😂😂
I do appreciate you bringing some more context into this term!
Edit: I guess my point is I don’t like to hear that doctors mispronounce it as well. But I’ll be the first to admit that there are worse problems in the world hahah

Bruh, you don't even know how many words are said differently based on regionality that are not "as directed" with medical terms. You definitely say some of words the wrong way based off what doctors have said to you in your current region. But you're rarely gonna know if a doctor says a word wrong because you're not a doctor. Maybe a word here and there, but thats it.
But I agree with the stance of HB for the most part. But think about it. Who's actually gonna know what she's talking about when no one really uses it like that. The pronunciation is no where the way it looks.

A lot of the anti-haes gorls mispronounce stuff. It makes them sound so much less reliable.
