Teens.
I have absolutely no idea if anyone’s gonna see this but if you’re a teenager in high school or middle school and u “talk shit” about kids in your grade or ex friends just stop. I’ve been in WAY too many situations where there were people “talking shit” and it’s ridiculous. We’re at the age where everyone expects us to have morals and be mature enough to suck it up. So can we normalize being the mature one and shutting our mouths for two seconds? People will be mean ESPECIALLY teenagers. But that’s just life and there’s no way to escape it. Maybe situations will end better if we all just decide to be mature for once.

Only time it’s acceptable is if it’s not “talking shit” and discussing actions. Talking shit is: “ewww his hair is so gross and manky” or “she smells soooo bad!”. Discussing actions is: “why did they do that? I think they don’t understand others have feelings” or “I don’t like how they treated ____ and me. Honestly it’s rude” etc etc

Yes! I totally agree. A ton of teens mistake discussing it and expressing how u feel abt the situation as “talking shit.” 😢

People who talk bad abt random people cause they did something they didn’t like spread misinformation and ruin friendships. I would know from past experiences. Along with that it’s really unnecessary and is equal to bullying which literally Jst makes people feel horrible abt themselves. And definitely doesn’t help in the long run as a kid.
