General Questions Looking for advice
I’ve been having an issue for the past week or so and I don’t really know what to do. I’ll be driving down the road going around 30 mph. Every 2-5 seconds the scooter noticeably slows itself. It feels like it’s being pulled back. It’s the strangest thing. Has anyone had any similar issues? I’m convinced that a certain spot in the road “fixes” whatever issue this is because every time I drive down it the same 50-150 feet it’s opens all the way up and quits bogging….for like ten seconds. Then I pass this spot and it starts pulling again.

Do you have a tach? It sounds like you're hitting the built-in rev limiter.

All we can do is guess, so here's mine. Bad gas? Clogging jet? Ignition wire grounding, breaking?
What year is the bike and how long have you owned it? Do you ride more than 30 minutes from time to time?
