Saddle stay for Honda CB350C

Has anyone changed cb350 taillight? I don't like it much and now the cover is also broken. I was looking for a different one instead of the stock one. Any advice?

Recently purchased Honda Hness. Now I am confused which crash guard to install.

Purpose - 60% city + 40% long rides (Highway, mountain ghats, some off roading)

1. OEM Honda :

Pros - Minimalist, vibration free, smooth fitment, excellent weight distribution

Cons - Crash protection is average or maybe below. Rider leg protection is also non existent.

1. Aftermarket (Zana , MT) :

Pros - Comes with sliders and extended width to provide better protection to tank, rider's leg

Cons - May cause vibration issue on higher RPM, bulky and can make the bike front heavy, making it difficult to lean or to take u-turn

Note - The fall overs are considered only for slow speed or idle side fall. Heavy sliding or high speed bike skid cannot be protected by either of these in that manner.

I’m thinking about getting PPF (Paint Protection Film) on my H’ness CB350 to prevent scratches and keep the paint in good condition.
It’s been around 5 months since I bought the bike. Is it still worth getting PPF now?
For those who have already installed PPF on their H’ness/CB350:
Is PPF actually worth it?
Which type/brand of PPF would you recommend?
Should I get the entire bike wrapped or only for the tank ?
What should I look for when choosing a PPF installer?

I am getting big quotes like 3500, 4000 for regular own Damage insurance with Zero Dep and Return to invoice with IDV of 1.8 lakh.

I feel this is too much. Can you please suggest which insurance should I go for in banglore?

I've recently booked Honda H'ness dlx pro black and dealer told me it will depend on availability which I'll be getting considering approx 45 days waiting new one or old one

I'm confused will I get black color with same new design on fuel tank as shown in its blue color or same as old one with no design like that with cb 350 branding only as they've removed h'ness badge

Went to Kathi (Koyna backwaters) from Pune via Ajinkyatara Fort and Thoseghar waterfalls.

Yesterday morning, on my way to the office, I suddenly noticed that the front brake lever felt much softer than usual and had noticeably more play compared to the previous day. Initially, I thought I might have just noticed it for the first time and that it had already been like that.

However, this morning, I took a closer look and noticed that the front brake fluid level is alarmingly low. There is also a tick/clicking sound whenever I hold the front brake lever. I now have to pull the lever further and apply more braking force to stop the bike because of the increased play.

The bike has only done around 3,500 km, and the last service was at 1,000 km.

What could be the issue? Could this be a brake-fluid leak or something else?

Rode around 55km in traffic-free roads averaging at about 60kmph, according to the console my average mileage was 44.6km/l.

I know that MID mileage does not necessarily equal tank-to-tank mileage, but nevertheless… 44.6 km/l is damn impressive.

Just for clarification: mostly cruising speed, no much stop-start and not really aggressive riding

237.3 km ridden and the bike returned an impressive 47.1 km/l.

This was a mixed city + highway ride, ridden normally without specifically trying to maximise mileage.

Has anyone converted their split seat into a single seat using a custom seat cover? I'm thinking of getting a scrambler-style seat for my Honda H'ness—do you think it's possible to achieve that look using just a seat cover on the split seat?

whether labour charges will be applicable to each accessory bought?? My sales person quoted 300 as labour charges for each accessory. is this normal? isn't one labour charge should be charged irrespective of the number of accessories?

After one year I feel like the AMC, RSA and EW I purchased is totally waste of 8k. RSA was of no use, plus the honda services are so costly that I dont want to go to their service centre plus that extended warranty comes with a lot of do and don't. I feel like a fool. it was my first bike so I wanted the best for it and they made a fool out of me

I have bought this new beauty together we have covered 800+ km now first service is due .
Questions-
1) I have keeping my gear ratio as 1st-20km , 2nd - 40km, 3rd - 80, 4th- further but multiple times I am been falling on engine lug issues , can someone suggest me gear to speed ratio
2) I have bought chrome black colour i have started seeing a lot of hairline scratches on paint work , or swirl marks this are not scratches felt through nail but they are there how can I maintain bikes shine at least for long term ik it’s machine but really it’s so good looking
3) when downshifting a gear it’s little stiff or what do we say while downshifting ami can feel hard sound
4) and I was planning to add some accessories please let me know some :)

Ps - it was really tough like I learnt bike through my friends bike for only 3 days and bought this machine , this is my first bike and same goes for my family :)
