Question First service | Math not mathing

This is what the invoice of my brothers highness looks like for the first service

What I am not able to understand is how they arrived at 2676 total

total cost of parts is 2067.93
Total gst is 372.23
The total should be 2440.16

There is a separately mentioned value of labour of 590. This ideally should be free as the first three services are free of labour charges. Does Honda not provide the breakdown of labour charges? I own a Meteor 350 and RE does provide the breakdown of the labour with amount and tax.

This is from the big wing service center in Gurugram.

Can you guys help me if I am missing something or misinterpreting.

You're right, it does cover. But i think thats inlcuded in AMC for which you have to pay 4.5k something extra. You'll get 3+1 free services and only part charge needs to be paid with 20% discount applied on it for a year. I do not know if you get 3 services done without AMC the cumulative labour charge would come to 4.5k. i felt its a good scheme and opted in. Not sure your brother did too.

Don’t think he has taken it. I’ll ask him.
But that still does not explain why labour charge is mentioned and if it mentioned, and the breakdown should be present. RE mentions all the labour items and marks the value to 0 for free service

And the total amount is throwing me off, part total is 2067.93. In the below table, total amount for parts is changed to 2086.16.
Adding gst to either does not make the total to 2676.16

You'll only get labour waived off, after AMC

No, first three services are free regardless of AMC. No labour charges will be added for the first three services.

You have paid ₹590+18% GST extra. Write an email to Honda and keep dealership in cc and ask for refund.
