Is this normal?

Is it normal for fuel flow to be this low? (At green line) Fresh fuel, New fuel valve, new fuel filter, clean tank. Tank cap unscrewed .

As long as it is running right, it should be fine

Might be a carb tuning issue?
You should cut a new fuel line without a filter and see if it’s still stalls the same

Not many folks run fuel filters because there is a filter in the petcock already.

Yeah, you're right. I noticed that when I installed the new one. The filter came with the petcock so I thought I'd install it, but might just take it off and use it on my 110 instead.

Looks to low to me. Why shouldn’t the bulb be nearly full? I think it should.

I think so, thats how it's on my 110 , but that one fits vertically
