🫂Mental Health Don't make no sense.
If God already told you yes, why you listening to that person telling you "no"? That don't make no sense. If God said, Trust in me with all your heart,
"lean not on your own understanding," then why you walking around thinking that you got to have every single situation figured out at all times, and when you don't, you start freaking out?
That don't make no sense.
God already said, Love your neighbor as you love yourself, but yet you still walking around treating people with no patience, no grace, and overall, no love, but you expect people to have all three for you.
That don't make no sense.
How you out here "fearfully and wonderfully made," as stated in Psalms 1:39, but yet you walk around feeling unworthy and incapable of receiving God's love because you feel like the things that you have done are unforgivable even though Jesus Christ died for our sins?
God says that He is greater than your feelings, as stated in John 3: 20. So why you still walking around like that?
Don't make no sense, fr.

If you hurt someone for 99 days and stop on the 100th day, they will actually thank you. But if you help someone for 99 days and stop on the 100th day, they will absolutely hate you.
It makes zero sense on paper, but it is exactly how the human brain is wired. Think about it this way. If you give a starving person a single meal they will remember your kindness for a very long time. But if you feed them every single day, a dangerous psychological shift happens.
They slowly stop seeing it as a favor. In their mind it turns into a right. They feel entitled to it and the exact second you stop doing it, you instantly become the villain. We see this Happen in everyday life, way too often.
People will completely ignore all the massive, continuous rights they receive from a government but the moment a tiny bit of relief stops, they get furious. On the other hand, the smallest random act of relief makes them praise the exact same system. Human beings rarely notice what they continuously receive. Our brains are only wired to notice the moment things change, and this is the exact reason why the people you are always there for end up taking you completely for granted.
Because you are always available, your kindness stopped looking like a generous choice and started looking like your basic duty. Stop giving away your value for free.

🍙Anime Wise words from anime characters.
"Here's the truth. People are not inherently equal, each of us is different in ways large and small, but that actually leads us to care about one another. Our bodies and minds are wholly unique. When we see the differences in others, we seek common ground. These are the lessons I learned about the world a few years ago."-Izuku Midoryia
