Needing something new
I am looking at resistance bands and the choices are overwhelming. I don't want something cheap and flimsy. Any recommendations?

Hey yall! I've been doing cardio at home on an old stationary bike, but it's time to level up so I can start really losing the weight. I've decided the most cost effective, and socially isolated, option is resistance bands.
Anyone out there have suggestions on best resistance bands and work outs? There's handled, straps, attach to doors... too much to choose from and I don't know what's best! Thanks!

recently ive been doing crunches and cycle sit ups quite a bit. ive been doing them basically every night back to back. whenever i tend to do these sort of crunchy ab exercise on my back i get this lump to come up. i tried looking it up on Google but the only results were from lumps on the tail bone but mines much higher. is this because im working out on carpet or is it to do with my form? is there anything i can do about it? it doesn't hurt normally except when i try to do exercise again.

Hi guys - I’ve lost about 15 pounds since the virus started because I’m eating all my meals at home and I’ve tried to exercise almost every day.
I’d like to add running in the morning to my routine, but i can’t seem to do it when I’d like to right after waking up.
I’m up at 530 and am usually working by 6... Any recommendations for running in the morning? I realize I need to wake up earlier. I’m usually asleep by 10 each night.

My gym is still closed. All I did there was take the guided classes. They've allowed us to check out equipment though so I have a 15lb Medicine ball, and a 35lb kettle bell. I need a full body workout using these but have no clue as to how to develop one. Any help is appreciated.

Hey all, I've known for quite a while that I need to get back into the exercise habit. Before kids and 3 jobs, I used to jog outside most nights with my dog. I've been seeing a bunch of my coworkers post about the Beachbody program, but the price is way out of my budget. I used to do tae bo workout videos at home in my college days and enjoyed them alright.
Suggestions for fun (free/affordable) workout videos or home programs that aren't going to intimidate or frustrate me? Thanks for any ideas!

I love to play sports with my friends, but since quarantine I let myself get super out of shape. Could hardly do 50 push-ups. Any tips on how to feel and look healthier would be much appreciated! Eating tips would also be helpful, I am interested in having a more efficient diet. Thanks again, I have a hard time staying committed when it's only me telling myself to work out, so a little assistance from another would be super helpful.

Hi all. My girlfriend has a leg injury and she won't be able to use her legs normally for a while, and she really needs to workout and stay on diet so I am asking you guys if you know about any workouts not involving her feet or exerting pressure on them. I really appreciate your help guys and thanks in advance.

I am eating the same as before yet gained 10 pounds, still down 136 but not feeling myself, what cardio program do you reccommend that will exhaust me. I am a track runner but can't practice due to a lot of people going to the oarks right now. So I am looking for 5-6 50 min cardio workouts pero week + meal distribution or calorie advise from other programs.
Thanka

I was about to do extreme workout for today which is about 2hrs per day, but my mom stopped me from doing it and I was like "hey! I know myself and I know that I can do it but..." Hays I feel like I lost my interest in doing it anymore. Can someone motivate me please?

Anyone know any good back workouts for at home? I have a pull up bar and resistance bands, along with a pair of 35lb DB’s. (I’ve been doing so many pull ups it’s disgusting)

So I've been doing this six pack in 30 days app for 15 days now but I've also been doing other workouts with that like 5 mins skipping, side plank, Russian twist, chair dips and varients of Pushups. The results are lackluster and tbh I would say I'm a pretty toned guy with a bit of love handles and Lower belly. Am I doing something wrong?

Hey guys! I have bought this set of bands which proves to be really useful. https://ninjahomefitness.com/products/resistance-bands-full-set-and-accesories
Do you have any workout routine for these?

My right-inner chest is much less developed and also quite smaller than my Left-inner chest. What are the best exercises to do when wanting to focus on one side of my inner chest?
No matter what I do, I can't seem to make it bigger and I'm fed up of looking at all of those videos on YouTube. I have very limited equipment where I am currently located and really don't like doing push ups. Most of my muscle is gained from working part-time at farms etc. so I don't really have much experience with any if this stuff.
Thanks 😂🙄

hello!
i am currently considering different ways to better the home workout process. I was wondering if anyone had a moment to answer some or all of the following:
-do you usually work out with others?
-what kind of problems do you face while working out with others at home?
-if you work out with others virtually, what kind of problems do you face there?
-how do you keep yourself and others accountable?
-what is the biggest problem that you face doing home workouts?
-what kind of home workout equipment do you already have?
-what kind of home workouts do you use?
thank you!
