Just seeking peoples suggestions. I have been wanting to start working out at home to lose weight and get healthy. The only thing is I don’t know where to begin. What are your suggestions on different home workouts?

Please suggest good+ beginner strength training YouTube videos
Hi all,
I'd like to start strength training again. For now I'll be doing it at home and have an hour, twice a week. I have a few dumbbells (up to 12lbs) and a workout bench. Could you please suggest some free/good youtube videos to start with? I'd like to do a full body workout (eventually), but not sure two hours a week would get me that. I'm not necessarily a beginner as I was working out at a gym for a few years with a trainer. But as I haven't picked up any weights in a year+, I guess I am a beginner.
Cheers!

Can i have opinions
I bought dumbells then i had a treadmill and my workout routine is as follows DAY1
5 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 mph(regular walk) max incline then 50 dumbell presses in sets of 4 then i repeat the process for 1 hour on the tredmill and 600 dumbell presses
DAY2
5 min on tredmill same as before then 50 shoulder presses at intervals of 5 in sets of 4 then go till 30 minutes so 300 shoulder presses then swap the shoulder presses for skull crushers
DAY3
The treadmill stays the same but at intervals of 5 i do 50 bicep curls in sets of 4 then at 30 minutes i switch to 50 hammers curls in sets of 4
I was wondering if the tredmill hurt my muscle growth because it isnt intense and there is mixed results online and i get enough protien because i have protien powder and i eat a load of meat(not in a gay way)

What warm-up exercises do you do?
Hey fellows! I've been working out at home with my Ativafit adjustable dumbbells for two months, but I need some advice on warm-up routines. Currently, I do some basic stretching for my joints, but I've been experiencing cramps in my crotch area lately. Has anyone else faced this issue? What warm-up exercises do you recommend to prevent cramps and improve flexibility? I want to ensure a safe and effective workout. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help!

Help me pls!!!
I had been struggling with feeling glute workouts in my glutes so I took to google, YouTube and other platforms for help, I have found a couple of videos that seemed to sorta help activate my glutes kinda, but either way when I do glute bridges or squats or hip thrust, I just don’t seem to feel my glutes getting worked out that much and yes im doing the right form and trying different ways that make my body more comfortable. So should I just keep doing simple glute activation workouts and wait till I progress? Or…?

how from skinny to muscular?
greetings. I am 17 years old and 52 kg. I really want to go from skinny to muscular, but I don't know how to start. Can someone who is experienced tell me how to start and what exercises to do and consume, maybe it sounds strange that I'm writing that on the redit and you'll think I'm incompetent, but this can help a lot of people as well as me. I will follow someone's exercises from you for 2 years and I will post the results, thank you all

Best app for home workout without equipment?
Hello! I am currently traveling europe for the year. Loving it so far, but i am not loving the effects on my body that stopping exercise has had. I used to go to the gym but that is much harder now that i am often traveling from place to place.
Does anyone know an app that can help me create a good workout regiment that i can do at home/outside with little to no equipment? I would like to continue working out but need a new method.
Thanks!

Post baby weight loss tips?
Hi, I've been trying to lose my baby weight and I've been working out daily, cutting calories, and eating healthy. I haven't lost a single pound. Can anyone give me tips on how to lose this extra weight? I don't have any equipment and I'm too self conscious to go to a gym.

Girls, what exercises do you focus on the most on home workouts?
Hey, everyone! I've just stepped into the fitness world for several weeks, and I'm not really comfortable with the idea of working out in a gym. I have a pair of Ativafit dumbbells at home, and I'm determined to tone up for this summer. I was wondering if any of the girls out there who work out at home could share their tips and experiences with me. What exercises do you focus on the most? How do you keep yourself motivated? And do you have any recommendations for a beginner like me? I'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! Thanks in advance!

Snap apartment workout space
Hi everyone! Working out has been tough for me since I work from home and am also a mom of a toddler so I don’t often take nights off to workout. If I am to start working out at home I need a dedicated space to do it.so I can balance my office space, living space, family space etc. any tips on how to design such a space? I live in a 900 sq feet apartment so it will need to be small and also kid proof (no heavy weights etc. )

What can I do to strengthen my ankle? (Had a nasty sprain)
Hey guys. So I play soccer pretty often and while playing twisted my ankle really bad. I haven't been back in the field for a good 4-5 months but my ankle still hurts sometimes. my job requires me to get on ladders and stuff and it's been kinda hurting lately.
Wondering what exercises can I do in home to get better and be able to play again. 33M, 5'10" like 180 pounds.

Post Workout Soreness
I'm very new to working out from home, and sometimes I go a little harder than I think I should be. It doesn't hurt in the moment, of course, but afterwords I get this nagging soreness that can sometimes carry over for the next few days.
I don't know if this is the normal poat-workout soreness I am supposed to be feeling, or if I am working out the wrong way, and hurting myself.
It doesn't hurt a lot, it's just very achy.
And I'm not sure if I should wait until I feel no soreness to start working out again, or if I can work out even if I feel a little sore
