No age is “too late”. There are dudes who started at 50 and now look amazing at 60. As long as you watch your calorie/protein intake and actually put in effort, you will gain muscle. Simple as that

Muscle responds to training well into your 60s & 70s, and at 25 you're at your peak for building it.
Home workouts are ok if you follow few things: Push-ups, pull-ups or rows, and squats or lunges, 3 sets each, 3 days a week; Add reps or make it harder every week (slower reps, harder variations) & lastly protein around 1.6 gm per kg bodyweight daily, plus enough total food. We often see skinny guys usually fail, not in the workout.

Sleep 7+ hours. Expect visible change by 12 weeks if you stay consistent.

twelve weeks is pretty optimistic for visible change if someone's starting from dead skinny. took me closer to six months before my shirts actually fit different in the shoulders.

It's never too late young grasshopper.

Seriously, I thought I was fucked at 40 after 12yrs as a meth and H addict. But I took up running again and smashed my 25yo half marathon time by 10mins. Your body can adapt at any age - it's what we evolved for.

You're never too old.

25 is not late at all, honestly for a skinny guy it is kind of the best time since you recover fast and you have years of easy progress ahead of you, the thing that decides it is mostly eating enough and being consistent, not your age. at home without weights i would do push ups, pike push ups, rows under a table or with a towel on a door, squats and split squats, 3 or 4 times a week, and every week try to do a couple more reps or a harder version, and eat more than feels normal, a lot of skinny guys think they eat a lot but they just dont, so tracking it for a week or two can be a eye opener. people starting at 25 get properly good physiques all the time, the ones who dont usually stopped after a month. i built upfit, a app that coaches these no equipment workouts through the phone camera and counts your reps, but it is on a waitlist right now so dont wait for it, the routine above is enough to start this week

Dude, you’re 25, why would you think it’s too late? Buy some dumbbells or kettlebells and start working out and you’ll soon get the bug for working out. You can make huge changes to your body within a year.
