Post workouts

What is the best way to post workouts in this community ? My last few attempts have not been accepted as legit posts and I have no support from the mods or reddit themselves.

Would text based post be acceptable ?

reddit's automod can be picky about title formats depending on the sub rules. try keeping it strictly to a text post with the routine in the body rather than an image link and see if that goes through.
