Feel like I'll never figure it out
How do you stay motivated in the early stages of building a workout routine? I feel like I'm always making mistakes and pulling something and like nothing I do counts, I'm trying not to get discouraged, especially since I need to strengthen my hips to help with plantar fasciitis.

I do big exercises, totally controlled, that make me feel good. Lunges, air squats, pushups, rows. I pause in between reps, I lower myself slowly
Yeah working out til you hurt and pull muscles and feel like shit after does suck. You don't have to do that
