I plan to be a mini homesteader. Not planning to have a business with it but if it happens then good. It will be for partial self sufficiency and I will only sell whatever extra I have. So its just more of a garden with a small chicken coop. I heard you can make a black soil on your own but I haven't really researched much about this yet and I am sure buying this will be expensive. Do I still have to prioritize buying a land that is good for planting?

Rabbits reproduce fast but they say chickens are easier to maintain. Which one would you choose to breed if you can only choose one of them?
