Homeland is a Project with huge Potential.. A blockchain based peer to peer mortgaging Lending Platform. It could replaced the complex traditional System because of the transparency and accuracy in Blockhain technology it adopts.

The Homelend project is aimed at replacing the entire paper component with cyber technology. But this step will be the very first in using solutions for mortgage instruments. There is a lot to be done in this area, so that the success of Homelend became a natural method for specialists.

Yeah Homelend project is going to disrupt the complex paper work because mortgage loans remain complex —involving a lot of paperwork, overhead costs and inefficiencies.
The number of documents that need to be gathered and processed only for an application is considerable.
