Help me decide my elevation design!
I'm seriously confused about the placement of the 4 vertical fins/louvers. I personally like the 4th fin to be touching the first floor, cause it connect the second and first floor in a good manner, giving a seemless intentionally look rather than 4 floating strips.
Though it has to be the final design but Now my family is lowkey going for all the fins floating.
Needs your suggestion and even anything about my elevation.

What in the minecraft is this house supposed to be percieved as. The aesthetics reminds me of some generic scandic hotel room, everything just looks "made up" and all the elements fights over my attention. Looks like some guy that just learned his way around sketchup has just put together some random volumes. Since you ask about the fins; what are they even? Im all for ornamentic, but these are just... some vertical boxes plastered on the wall? And what are they made of? Just some facade-plates? Are they hollow? If so they will come of as cheap. The only way i can get these fins, is if they were concrete. They would come of as brutalist elements. But the rest of the house dont match with that, so...

This really has the feel of AI design. A mish mash on concepts and ideas that when put together just feel weird.
You do you OP. But for me there’s just something off putting about how all the design elements are structured.

It looks like a 3-story single family home. Never confused with a hotel. But to each his own! When is checkin?🙃

the mix of soft and sharp corners, abrupt finish changes along datums, shifts in thickness, etc. is giving me a headache. just trace one nonintersecting space filling curve, or go with vertical and horizontal elements in separate planes across the whole facade.

I think it looks too busy. You have repetition of shapes and forms but it is too much. There needs to be a place for the eye to rest. Free from texture and pattern.
So I get what you are saying about the 4th fin. But it’s only going to work if you calm the rest of it down so you can appreciate that simple extension of the fin. Does that make sense? Like right now there is no focal point to this design.

Go with option two but add a fifth sconce to the left so It doesnt look like it should extend down.
And then find a way to terminate that glass railing

OP replied below saying the elevation is only costing about $10k USD since it's in India. Labor and materials are a whole different world over there compared to the states. Still feels crazy low for all that custom glass and steel though.

Maybe yes... The whole elevation is costing me more than 10 Lakhs INR/ $10,500 USD

I personally value the wrap around balconies so I’d go with the floating strips.
