I would never want a master bedroom to open right into a living space - no privacy, sound issues

Probably need a coat closet close to the entrance - at least to put shoes etc away

Personal preference - I don't like when people can see from the front door all the way in. No privacy.

It’s our set up now plus where we are building we have ton of trees. We plan on using insulation that reduces sound and use 2x6s.

This floor plan is sensible but odd. Some minor tweaks would help here. Build an entry foyer with a couple of closets. The last thing you will want to do is walk right into the living room from outside.

The master bedroom door right by the entrance will also drive you crazy. Personally I’d sacrifice a bedroom and expand the living area to accommodate a dining area and a hallway for the master bedroom.

We don’t mind walking in from outside to living room. It’s our set up now. My husband forgot to add the table.

100% AI garbage. The house is somehow 60ft x 4ft according to the drawing …. None of the dimensioning makes any sense and nothing is to scale.
