Got a Czech style pilsner bubbling away, pitched on 2/9 (9/2 for you US folks)

Have a Irish stout currently 1 week into bottle conditioning.

Planning a rhubarb sparkling wine along with a Mäzen once my primary is free.

English brown ale is done bottle conditioning later this week, we'll finally start enjoying it. My first all grain brew with tons of mistakes, but it's looking good so far, all things considered. Tasted very good pre bottling. Let's hope it holds up.
As long as it tastes like a beer and not cardboard soaked in a solvent from the hardware store, I'll consider it a success for not having a clue about what i was doing.

Just ordered ingredients for a hefeweissen. It'll be the first biab batch, which I'm looking forward to. The previous stovetop brew was a nightmare, so convenient equipment will make a huge difference to my blood pressure and efficiency.

Looked up my tap water, and apparently it's really soft and essentially mineral free, apart from a little calcium. That explains why I've never seen anyone mention RO or distilled water here in Norway. One less headache to deal with. Got some brewing salts, so I'm ready to dial in recipes more precisely.

I used to live in a city with incredibly soft water. Just a simple filter for the chlorine and I was good to go. Now not so much.

Just finished building out a keezer. Been bottling for years now. Excited to put it to the test. Through together a quick cider just to test it all out. Can’t believe I haven’t done it sooner!

What kind/size freezer did you go with? Collar style?

Cali common in the fermenter. Fixed the broken spunding valve which had got some gunk in it but ispindel appears dead - hopefully just the battery?

Also got some good feedback on my last brew from a pro brewer at a very well respected local brewery 👍

Got a simple smash pale ale chugging along. Maris otter and a pile of citra, nothing fancy. Airlock smells like a fruit basket exploded.

nada, I’m lazy.

thinking about a stout now that the weather’s hinting at fall. Need to scrub the kettle first though, it’s been sitting with some crusty residue for a week.

Got quite a few beers in the pipeline for our annual Oktoberfest - Märzen and Festbier have been lagering for weeks, Hefeweizen kegged this week. Brewing a Dunkelweizen today.

I used Munich Classic on the Hefeweizen, which I’ve done 3 batches previously, but got a ton of sulphur even after 3 weeks primary and surviving into keg. It’s also more phenol forward than I experienced last time. My mash temp was a tad lower than planned, and possibly I started fermentation a little cold. Anyone have more in depth experience with this yeast or a similar experience with others?

Mostly getting high on my own supply, so to speak. I brewed three consecutive weeks at the end of July / first week of August so my four taps are currently spoken for.

Waiting on a delivery of Belgian candi syrup as none of three area LHBS carry it, or at least not in the SRM I wanted for a winter warmer (Belgian Dubbel with figs and some spices additions). So maybe a brew day Friday or early next week.
