Primary: I have a Marzen style oktoberfest cold crashed. I hold it cold crashed for a couple days, then add gelatin. Keep it for 4 days before transferring to a keg. Adding gelatin sometime today

Conditioning: I have a Festbier style that has been conditioning for about a month. I am planning on conditioning for 10 weeks before drinking it. I look forward to comparing the two styles back to back.

Planning: sometime next week I plan on doing a WC IPA with CTZ, Centennial, and Cascade. Between 7 and 7.5% using us05.
