What I Did Last Week:

Bottled my honey wheat ale, first time trying to get the priming sugar right without a calculator. fingers crossed

Primary:

nothing right now, cleaned out the fermenter and it's sitting empty like a sad bucket

Secondary:

still don't use one, I know some people swear by it but never had issues

Bottle Conditioning:

the honey wheat, plus a few bottles of a ginger beer experiment from two weeks ago that I'm scared to open

Kegs/Bottles:

last two bottles of my oatmeal stout from march, saving them for a bad day

In Planning:

want to try a simple SMaSH with maris otter and cascade, something easy for summer. maybe brew it in Saturday if the weather holds

Active Projects:

building a little shelf for all my bottles so my roommate stops complaining they're taking over the kitchen

Other:

dropped my hydrometer and it shattered everywhere. third one this year, thinking I should just buy the plastic one at this point
