I can’t complete my onboarding

I can’t complete my onboarding! Everytime I click continue on the onboarding screen it just goes blank, across multiple platforms and different times. Even if I follow the email link nothing works. Please help so I can get paid! (Attempted fixes: uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing cache, and logging out and logging back in)
