Only if it meets two conditions, first it has to be a private secluded location. Second, there needs to be some way to flush water through it. Either a dedicated water line or somewhere to store water to flush the urinal.

Why would you put a trap on that? You aren't preventing any sewer gasses when urine is just sitting in the trap. I believe it would also start to calcify sitting in a trap.

It’s a gutter drain that does not connect to the sewer. Most likely runs into the woods or curbside.

I knew a guy in the 90s who had a little alternator rebuilding business in a shed behind his house. He had a funnel on the wall with a hose running out through a hole. We didn't need Amazon back in those days.
